Why the amount you receive differs from the quote

Rates

You were quoted one number and received another. Usually one of four things happened.

The market moved

On a floating order the rate is taken when your deposit confirms, not when you looked. On a volatile pair that gap is enough to change the figure either way.

Your wallet deducted its fee from the amount

Some wallets send exactly what you typed and add the fee; others take the fee out of it. In the second case less arrives than you intended, and the payout is calculated on what arrived.

The network fee on the payout

Getting the coins to you costs a transaction on the receiving chain.

You sent a different amount than the order expected

Orders are quoted on a specific deposit. Sending more or less is normally handled, but the payout reflects what arrived.

The order page at Swap Heaven shows the amount actually received and the transaction id for the payout, which is what to check first.
